The brief
Plate prices in the UAE are opaque. Sellers don't know what their plate is worth, and dealers struggle to find motivated sellers.
What we did
- 01Collected and cleaned every public plate listing into a 168K-row dataset.
- 02Trained gradient-boosting models (CatBoost + LightGBM) to price any plate.
- 03Built the site so a free valuation is the hook and the seller becomes a lead, with a one-time code to confirm every number.
- 04Admin dashboard to review and export leads, plus analytics on every step.
