The brief
An old WordPress site, thousands of watches, prices changing daily, and every update typed by hand from WhatsApp messages. Photos, descriptions and leads piled up faster than the team could handle.
What we did
- 01A full redesign and migration from WordPress to Shopify, with redirects so old links keep working.
- 02Custom theme sections: a scroll-driven video hero, brand spotlight slider, brand collections and a WhatsApp button.
- 03Enquiry forms for “Price on request” and “Request access” pieces, protected from spam.
- 04Search that understands collector shorthand like AP, RM and PP, and fixes so every brand page shows every piece.
- 05SEO across the catalogue: alt text, meta descriptions and page titles for 3,074 live products.
- 06A WhatsApp AI agent the whole team can message: “Rolex 126610 is now 52,000” and the store updates.
- 07Automatic photo pipeline: background removal, consistent framing and upload from a shared Drive.
- 08Every website enquiry classified by brand and routed to the right person in minutes.
The result
The new store went live on 27 July 2026 and handled 3,298 leads in its first 11 weeks. We still look after it on an annual maintenance contract.
